Who operates AscendPrep

AscendPrep is developed and operated by Skyvance LLC. This notice explains how Skyvance LLC processes information when you use AscendPrep.

Information we process

We process account details, resumes you upload, job descriptions, candidate profiles, practice audio and transcripts, generated coaching, usage records, and payment status. Stripe processes card details through its hosted checkout; AscendPrep does not store full payment-card numbers.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide and improve practice features, fulfill credit purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Storage and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, AI, telemetry, storage, and payment providers that help us operate AscendPrep. Access to private account content, including resumes, is restricted to authorized processing and support purposes.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect AscendPrep, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. You can manage your account in AscendPrep or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Limited billing, security, or fraud-prevention records may be retained when required or permitted by law.
