Information we process

Account details, resumes you upload, job descriptions, candidate profiles, practice audio and transcripts, generated coaching, usage records, and payment status. Stripe processes card details; AscendPrep should not store full card numbers.

Why we process it

To authenticate accounts, provide and improve practice features, fulfill credit purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations.

Storage and providers

Data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, AI, telemetry, and payment providers needed to operate the service. Resume storage should remain private and access controlled.

Retention and your choices

Publish specific retention periods and a working account deletion/contact process before launch. Legal or fraud-prevention obligations may require retaining limited billing records.
