AscendPrep is developed and operated by Skyvance LLC. By creating an account or using AscendPrep, you agree to these terms.

Practice use only

AscendPrep is a preparation tool. Do not use it covertly during interviews, examinations, or assessments, or in violation of another party's rules, consent, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.

AI output

Generated material may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing answers, making your own decisions, and representing your background truthfully.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases of eligible practice time. They do not automatically renew. Purchased credits do not expire while the account remains open, but are non-transferable and have no cash value. A refund request may be submitted within 60 days of purchase. Fully unused packs are eligible for automatic submission to our payment provider; partially used or historical packs require review. Consumed practice time is ordinarily non-refundable unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise. Any remaining minutes associated with a refunded purchase are removed from the account. Additional payment and refund rights remain subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell access to, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, AscendPrep, or third parties.
